Our Approach
Every engagement starts with understanding what your submission, approval, or operational outcome requires, and working backwards from that standard. Our assessments, management plans, and modelling deliverables are structured to meet the expectations of the authority or stakeholder reviewing them, not just to document the work done.
How we operate
MRP is a consulting-only practice. We don't operate laboratories, or hold ties to technology vendors. That independence means our recommendations are based entirely on what your project needs, not on what we have to sell. Every piece of advice is objective.
A dedicated team
Senior practitioners lead every project from scoping through to final delivery. There is no handoff to junior staff mid-engagement. You work directly with the people who have the technical and regulatory understanding to get your project through, and that continuity stays in place from start to finish.
Our story
MRP was founded by Martin Parsons, a CASANZ-certified air quality practitioner with 25+ years of experience across government and private sectors. He has delivered hundreds of projects, including projects of state significance, and is known for independent, technically robust advice across science, policy, and regulation. Formerly the Asia Pacific Technical Director at a global consultancy, he led teams across regulatory design, approvals, and complex industrial environments. MRP combines technical expertise with a pragmatic approach, helping clients engage regulators while maintaining operational certainty.
